Questions For Writers!
I feel it’s about time I got to know you all better, so I’d love to hear back from you with answers to any of the following questions
– please email them to info@thewordqueen.com
And if you’re not the kind of person that usually bothers answering questions in blog posts, then I’d really appreciate if you’d consider sparing just five minutes of your time. It’d really help me out because then I’ll have a better idea of what kind of information to provide you and the thousands of other writers who visit my blog.
So, here are the questions:
1. Have you ever had a book published? If so what’s it called and how many copies have you sold so far?
2. What marketing strategies do you use to sell books?
3. If you haven’t had a book published, is that one of your dreams or aspirations?
4. What steps are you taking in order to fulfil that dream?
5. If you’re writing a book at the moment, how much have you written, how often do you write and what genre is your book?
6. What part, or parts, of your book are you struggling with the most?
7. Do you suffer from writer’s block? If so, how do you move through it?
8. How do you plan to get your book published? Via a traditional publishing company, a vanity publishing company, or perhaps you plan to self publish?
9. How would you sum up the plot of your book in one sentence?
Thanks for taking your time to answer these questions. Likewise, if you have any questions for me, feel free to email them to me. I always personally take the time to answer emails and I try and help in the best way possible.

I Don’t Have Time To Write (Yeah Right!)
When I’m not writing books, marketing books via the internet, or talent scouting for books to publish, much of my time is spent coaching writers via the telephone.
A hurdle that many people come up against is the belief that they ‘don’t have the time’ to write their book.
Housewives spend their time cleaning and cooking. City workers spend their time commuting or sitting behind their desk in the office. Mothers spend their time raising chidren. Teachers spend their time teaching. And the list goes on….
But the common thread woven throughout all these examples is that not ALL their time is spent on the task in question. If that IS the case there’s a serious problem that needs to be addressed, which I’m not qualified to assist with.
However, in usual circumstances everyone can find a spare few minutes each day to write their book, which sometimes means getting up an hour earlier than usual, or going to bed an hour later. But there are other ways too..
Housewives could opt to clean the house just once a week, rather than three times. City workers could write on their train journeys. Mothers could get a babysitter in one day a week. Teachers could use their weekends to write.
You see, there’s always a solution. It’s just about looking within and finding that solution inside. YOU have all the answers. My job as a writing coach is to simply help you realise what you already knew!
One of the best ways I’ve found to wean these answers from their source is to connect with the Light and call in your guides and angels. When you can learn to do this effectively, you’ll soon learn that anything is possible when it comes to writing your book and your life in general.
It’s not just time which is a big hurdle for writers. Other stumbling points include relationships, limiting beliefs, writer’s block, self-criticism, fears, procrastination, health, getting into flow, avoiding distractions and a whole stack of others…
My coaching sessions are tailor-made to fit the individual I’m working with. They often include spiritual exercises as well as practical advice and mentoring. After all, writing a book is a journey and so is your time here on Earth….
